EDUCATION IS THE KEY TO EFFECTIVE SOCIAL CHANGE
In 2000, Dr. Toan Pham and his wife made a noble decision to use their personal fund to assist a number of poor children who are in dire need to continue schooling in Hue, Vietnam. The purpose was to financially support the children so they can keep going to school and completing their educational dream. Dr. Toan Pham named this mission as the Pham's Education Encouragement. The effort was only to assist the children in need because the association could only generate funds from and within the Pham's family.
Dr. Phat Pham has joined this noble mission for many years since. However, he decided to reorganize the association and continue this work to bring more hope to many more children in need in 2015. He established ...

MISSION - VISION
SEF is a 501.c.(3) public charity organization that aims to provide after-school programs and other activities focusing on education and personal growth for children living in affordable housing communities.
Our mission is to empower children and youth in affordable housing communities by giving them the support they need to reach their full potential.
Our programs foster learning and personal growth, empowering young people to reach their potential and positively impact their communities.
