BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors honorably serves as a body of governance. Every Board member comes from a diversity of industries and volunteers to assist SEF’s processes and procedures. Dr. Toan Pham is a retired Psychologist who served as a chairman. Ms. Joann Shelton comes from the housing industry and is a vice-chairperson. Other members are Ngoc-Bich Tran, Dr. Steve Huy Nguyen-Khoa, and Ms. Leattress Anderson.
EXECUTIVE TEAM
The executive staff consists of Dr. Phat Huy Pham, Former Educator Dieu-Khanh Tran, Ms. Kim Phuong Nguyen, Ms. Annette Garza, Mr. Richard Tran, Ms. Brandy Jenkins, Mrs. Marie Forbes, and Ms. Jacqueline Nguyen. The executive staff members are responsible for planning all activities, applications collection, fundraising events, and all other business operations.
VOLUNTEERS
SEF's volunteers support the foundation in various activities. Volunteers are working in Texas, Louisiana, New York, Maryland, and in 3 major areas in Vietnam.
All members of Schooling Encouragement Foundation works without pays and benefits.
